First time customer and I am very pleased with the all around service provided. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Nathan did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years.
